Create your account

Use the registration button to open Joyagoo. Confirm that you are on joyagoo.com before entering account information.

Where to goFinds Atlas → Join Joyagoo

Follow the numbers

  1. Click Join Joyagoo at the top right of Finds Atlas. On the page that opens, check that the domain is joyagoo.com before entering account details.

  2. On the registration screen, enter your own email, username and password as requested. Follow the displayed validation and read the terms before submitting.

  3. Complete email confirmation or verification only if prompted, then sign in. Open the avatar menu to find My account and My orders.

Ready for the next step

You can sign in and see your account menu; opening a product no longer asks you to sign in.

If something looks wrong

This screenshot shows the registration entry, not the form. An already signed-in account may open the homepage instead; this is normal.

Choose a product reference

Browse a category and open a detail page. Compare the seller gallery and the separate QC references; they do not prove the quality of your future order.

Where to goFinds Atlas → Categories → Product

Follow the numbers

  1. Open a category, then click the product picture or name at marker 1. Choose the actual item rather than relying only on its card photo.

  2. Read the reference price at marker 2. The currency selector changes the display currency; shipping, service fees and taxes are additional.

  3. Use the arrow at marker 3 to open the in-site detail page. Inspect the original seller gallery and the separate QC reference section.

Ready for the next step

The address contains /product/ and the page has a purchasing button and a Weidian item ID.

If something looks wrong

A saved card is not an order. If a picture fails to load, retry or inspect the original seller listing before deciding.

Check the item ID

Use the purchasing button. Confirm that the Weidian ID, product description and photos match the item you chose. The supplied example ID is 7760393896.

Where to goProduct → Weidian item ID → Open on Joyagoo

Follow the numbers

  1. Compare the product name and seller gallery at marker 1 with the item you selected. Note the Weidian item ID at marker 2; this screenshot uses 7760393896.

  2. Click Open on Joyagoo at marker 3. On Joyagoo, compare the id= value in the address or the original Weidian link with the recorded ID.

  3. Recheck the product description, pictures and seller before choosing options. If the ID differs, return to the detail page and reopen the correct purchasing link.

Ready for the next step

The same Weidian ID appears in the source reference and the Joyagoo purchasing destination.

If something looks wrong

The platform uses different page URLs. Compare the product ID, not the Finds Atlas page number, and do not assume a similar picture is the same listing.

Confirm size and options

Choose the exact size, colour and quantity on Joyagoo. Read the seller’s measurement chart and any availability notes.

Where to goJoyagoo → Colour Classification → Quantity

Follow the numbers

  1. Click the required Colour Classification thumbnail at marker 1. A selected border and option label should appear; the pictured backpack is example 7872831715.

  2. Check the second option group at marker 2. This example has Packaging Quality; it is not a clothing size. For clothing, use its actual size options and measurement chart.

  3. Set Quantity at marker 3 and reread the selected option labels and minimum quantity. Add a purchasing note only when you have a specific request.

Ready for the next step

The colour, relevant variant and quantity match what you intend to buy; any option-dependent price has been checked.

If something looks wrong

Options differ by listing. If the buy button stays disabled, check required selections and the displayed notices instead of choosing a random option.

Review the first payment

Check the item price, domestic delivery and any displayed fees. Make payments only within your own Joyagoo session after reviewing the total.

Where to goJoyagoo → Orders → Payment Pending

Follow the numbers

  1. Open the account menu and choose Orders at marker 1. Select Payment Pending at marker 2 to find unpaid product orders.

  2. When an order exists, inspect its product, option text, unit price and quantity. Check domestic delivery and every displayed charge before selecting the order.

  3. Review the platform total beside the payment area at marker 3. Choose a supported payment method and confirm only after reviewing the complete charge.

Ready for the next step

A successful payment is reflected in that order’s status; confirm it in Orders before attempting another payment.

If something looks wrong

The pictured account has no orders, so zero does not mean a free purchase. The first product payment does not settle future international shipping.

Inspect your actual warehouse QC

After warehouse arrival, review the photos for your own order. Compare labels, measurements, colour and visible condition. Ask the platform about discrepancies before shipping.

Where to goJoyagoo → Warehouse → Orders → QC

Follow the numbers

  1. Open Warehouse at marker 1 after the seller has delivered the item. Match the item record, quantity and weight fields near marker 2 to your order.

  2. For the actual QC photographs, open Orders at marker 3 and inspect the relevant order once QC is available. Do not use the directory’s reference QC as your own report.

  3. Enlarge your order’s photos. Compare colour, labels, visible condition and any measurements you requested; send the agent a clear description of discrepancies before shipping.

Ready for the next step

You have reviewed photos belonging to your own order and resolved any issue before adding the item to a parcel.

If something looks wrong

This is an empty Warehouse entry screen, not a QC photo report. Photos cannot be demonstrated until a real item has arrived and been inspected.

Compare parcel options

Review available delivery routes for your destination, parcel weight, dimensions, packaging options, restrictions and the final quote.

Where to goJoyagoo → Estimation → Calculate

Follow the numbers

  1. Open Estimation and choose the destination at marker 1. Use the parcel’s destination, not the country of a payment card.

  2. Enter weight and dimensions in the fields at marker 2. Check the units: 1 kg is 1000 g, and dimensions shown here use cm. Select applicable item restrictions.

  3. Click Calculate at marker 3. Compare eligible routes, quoted charges and conditions; when items are ready, return to Warehouse to prepare the parcel and review the final quote.

Ready for the next step

You have a route available for the destination and contents, plus a checked quote for the parcel you intend to submit.

If something looks wrong

The calculator is an estimate. Packaging, measured weight or volume and route eligibility can change the final amount; an empty quote is not free shipping.

Track and check delivery

Save the tracking reference. When the parcel arrives, check its contents against your order and contact the platform promptly about any issue.

Where to goJoyagoo → Parcels → Parcel → Shipped → Tracking Details

Follow the numbers

  1. Open Parcels, then Parcel, from the account menu at marker 1. Choose Shipped at marker 2 for parcels already dispatched.

  2. When a parcel row exists, open its Tracking Details from the express-information area at marker 3. Match the parcel and destination before copying the tracking reference.

  3. Check carrier events using that reference. On delivery, compare the contents with your order and keep photos and packaging if an issue needs reporting.

Ready for the next step

The tracking reference and events belong to the correct parcel; received items have been checked against the order.

If something looks wrong

This empty list demonstrates the entry only. If nothing appears, check All and the parcel’s payment/dispatch status; a new shipment may not have carrier scans yet.
